Bolt Glazing ltd. provides professional glazing services including emergency glazing, double glazing repairs, window replacement, door glass repairs, cat flap installation, and shopfront installation across London and surrounding areas.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary if the scope of work differs from the original assessment.
  • We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon before work commences.

3. Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency glazing service is available 365 days a year. We aim to respond within 1 hour for emergency callouts. Emergency service rates may apply outside of standard business hours.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

5. Warranty and Guarantee

  • All workmanship is guaranteed. If any issues arise due to our installation, we will rectify them at no additional cost.
  • Glass and materials carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or third-party interference.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Custom-ordered materials are non-refundable once ordered.

7. Insurance

We are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. We work with all major insurance companies for insurance-related claims.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and clear access to the work area for our technicians.
  • Inform us of any relevant building restrictions or requirements.
  • Secure valuables and protect furniture near the work area.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in our work, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
